Hello! I’m Danika,
I am a one woman show who makes up all that is The Cakeup Artist. EST in late 2016, A cake baked on a whim became a hobby, which turned quickly into a self taught dream gig taking precedence over my retail career. Basically put- I’m just a foodie with an extreme appreciation for sugar and aesthetics.
I am here to put my abundant creative energy into not only the delicious custom creations for your events but also every email, call, delivery, photograph, and piece of content that you see. The world of small business and baking can be precarious but it’s my happy place and I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without YOU; my customers and ride or die followers via socials- thank you for each order, each review, each interaction! I hope to bring some sweet sugary goodness to your celebration soon too.
